EQUIPMENT
HULLS
Advanced asymmetric hull form designed for jet drive unit s with constant deadrise sections. The high bridgedeck is faired into the hulls for efficient water clearance. Sophisticated chine and spray rail system. The hull is a one-piece molding employing a Kevlar based hybrid construction system both under and over a complete stringer and rib integrated structure.
SUPERSTRUCTURE
The deck, coachroof and cockpit are a one-piece molding using a combination of a Kevlar based hybrid FRP construction system together with rib and sandwich stiffening. The deck molding is bonded to the hull with a similar lightweight laminate, which is increased at high load points with a mixture of complex woven rovings. The boat is completed by integral foam cored composite bulkheads between the hulls and deck providing a strong and lightweight structure.
